Fitness is something that I have been passionate about over the past 20 years. I have competed in many 10k’s, muddy obstacle runs and even the Great North Run, which are definitely challenging but such great fun. For me, working out is a great stress buster, giving you a healthy mind as well as a healthy body! I am passionate about making others feel good about themselves whilst helping you achieve your dream fitness goals.
