More and more people are nowadays turning to group based classes instead of training alone. Research has shown that you are more likely to continue and get more out of the session compared to working out alone. We have detailed below a selection of our most popular classes here at Absolute Body Sculpt and how they can help you achieve your fitness goals.


Spinning classes are renowned for burning body fat and improving everything from your cardiovascular fitness to your body composition. Spin is a great option for those wanting to burn fat and tone up your body all at the same time.


Kettlebell workouts are excellent for giving you a total body toning workout, which will get that heart rate pumping. Strengthen your core and improve your posture and balance all at the same time.


Abs & Booty Blitz uses core exercises to strengthen and define those abdominal muscles whilst working that booty to lift and firm. This class combines an array of great exercises to improve hip mobility and strengthen the lower back.

Fitness is something that I have been passionate about over the past 20 years. I have competed in many 10k’s, muddy obstacle runs and even the Great North Run, which are definitely challenging but such great fun. For me, working out is a great stress buster, giving you a healthy mind as well as a healthy body! I am passionate about making others feel good about themselves whilst helping you achieve your dream fitness goals.

My background in fitness training spans over 20 years, from cross-country running as a teenager, to strength training and mixed martial arts. One of my greatest fitness passions, is functional fitness. Not only is functional fitness great for your body, but this sort of training cleverly duplicates movements from everyday life, which ultimately improves your day-today functioning ability and overall health.
